You should be getting 12v at the pump with accessories on. If you don't have 12 at the pump, your pump will not allow the tractor to run. Most harnesses are designed for the factory charging system. If your tractor was originally 6 volt and you have converted to 12 volt, the wires for the charging system will have to be modified. H with magneto or distributor all w/ cut out relay. M, mc, mi, mt w/ cut out. Look on your diagram at the switch contact table and this will tell you what you need. You need one toggle to make contact between wires connected to terminals g +m (switch on). This will ground the engine ignition and stop the engine.
